Bailey & Galyen in Weatherford opened its doors in the Fall of 2006. At that time Martha N. Akers left her private practice and became the managing attorney. We are currently located at 206 Houston Avenue in Weatherford, Texas where we bought out the office of Jerry Buckner when he was elected as County Judge. The building that we are in is estimated to be over 100 years old and has been refurbished to meet our needs, while maintaining as much as possible some of the original features that make it so special. We are located just 1 block SW of the main square almost directly across the street from the Historical Brownstone Manor, which now serves as a wedding chapel. Our building is recognized by the ornate horse water fountain located in the front yard. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. With our up to date technology and video conferencing equipment, we are able to accommodate consultations with our other offices, thereby expanding our range of jurisdiction and areas of practice. Whatever the case may be, Bailey & Galyen has an attorney that specializes to meet that need.
