Dan Wallis is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law.

Dan Wallis earned his Bachelor’s from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio in 1998.

Mr. Wallis was licensed to practice in Texas in 1998. In addition, he is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Wallis has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy and family law, as well as experience in criminal law, wills and probate, and employment law. He has represented clients in over 900 bankruptcy proceedings, from initial consultations through discharge. In addition, Mr. Wallis successfully appealed an adverse decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, resulting in legal precedent that protects the financial rights of persons in bankruptcy. As an Assistant Attorney General, he specialized in the establishment and enforcement of support obligations for children in Tarrant and Johnson Counties.

Mr. Wallis joined the firm in 2005 and is located in the Irving, Dallas and Grand Prairie offices where he practices bankruptcy and criminal law. Mr. Wallis is Managing Attorney for the Dallas office.
